Gymway® Technik Dumbbell bar

As a smaller and lighter barbell version, the technique bar is especially suitable for learning and refining movement sequences. It meets the IWF & IPF guidelines and is made of special carbon steel. The bushings are chrome-plated and each has a copper swivel bearing to ensure optimal handling.
