tanga sports® Fitness Trampoline

Trampoline training is an attractive alternative to walking, jogging, or working out at the gym. Jumping on the trampoline is gentle on the joints thanks to the elastic mat and suspension, and it trains muscles and tendons. Additionally, it promotes balance, flexibility, and coordination skills.

In addition to jumping on the trampoline, it can also be used as an unstable surface for various exercises in fitness training and therapy.

The trampolines are suitable for children and adults and can be used up to a user weight of 100 kg.
